If we have already started working on your project — including research, planning, branding, or any deliverables — the service becomes non‑refundable.

If work has begun but is not complete:

You may be eligible for a partial refund, minus the value of the work already completed. This is determined on a case‑by‑case basis.

If the service is fully delivered:

Completed services are non‑refundable.
