Flat Rate Shipping
$4.97 flat rate for standard shipping on orders totaling $1–$74.99 within the contiguous United States and APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping costs are calculated after all coupons, promo codes, and rewards are applied.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.
No promo code needed — the discount applies automatically once your cart qualifies.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Standard delivery usually arrives within 5–10 business days after shipment.
Possible Delays
Carriers may not operate on weekends or holidays.
High order volume (especially during holidays or promotions) may cause slight delays.
Weather events or nationwide/global shipping disruptions may impact delivery times.

We love our international customers and are happy to ship worldwide.
Rates
Free international shipping on orders over $200.
$14.97 flat rate for orders totaling $1–$199.99.
Delivery Times
Most international orders arrive within 10–20 business days.
Delivery times do not include customs processing, which may vary by country.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees once it reaches your country.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs inspections may cause additional delays.
🧾 Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address. In rare cases, shipping charges may also be subject to tax.
📅 Shipping Time frames & Cutoffs
Standard Shipping
Delivery estimates apply Monday–Friday only (excluding U.S. federal holidays).
Orders placed after 2:59 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
Express Shipping
Express orders placed after 1:59 PM ET will be processed the next business day.
Express delivery is not available on Saturdays or Sundays.
Express shipping is unavailable for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or orders with more than 100 items.
📮 P.O. Boxes, APO & FPO Addresses
We can ship to these addresses, but please note that some carriers may have restrictions that could affect delivery times.
📦 Tracking Your Order
. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email within 24 hours.
Please allow USPS or UPS up to 48 hours to update tracking information.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us.
🚫 Lost, Missing, or Damaged Orders
If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incomplete
Please:
Save all packaging materials and damaged items.
Contact us within 15 calendar days of delivery.
Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging (inner and outer).
Do not file a claim with the carrier — we will handle the claim on your behalf. Additional photos may be required during the claims process.
Important
Do not release the package or damaged items to any third party (including the carrier) before speaking with us. Doing so may void your claim.
